This market tracks whether Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker will score one or more touchdowns in the Carolina vs Green Bay professional football game. Currently, the probability of Jalen Coker scoring 1+ touchdowns on Kalshi is 99.0%. The market will resolve based on whether the Green Bay Packers D/ST scores at least one touchdown in the game originally scheduled for October 29, 2026, as determined by official game results. Keep an eye on the game itself, as the market is scheduled to resolve on October 30, 2026, following the conclusion of the Carolina vs Green Bay fixture.
These markets resolve to Yes if the specified team's defense scores one or more touchdowns at any point during the full game. If the team is active (takes at least one snap, even if nullified by penalty), settlement is based on actual touchdowns scored. If the team never takes a snap, the market settles to the fair price before the game starts. Touchdowns scored on fake punts or offensive field goals do not count as special teams touchdowns. As with the previous event, Kalshi disclaims any official connection to the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and to balance action, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. If a significant number of people believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the price will move accordingly. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before major events, as new information emerges and public sentiment shifts. Analyzing these differences can offer insights into market perceptions.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the market’s assessment of the probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate, the price adjusts to reflect the collective intelligence of the crowd. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movement is driven by supply and demand; increased buying pressure raises the price, while increased selling pressure lowers it. This dynamic pricing mechanism aims to provide a real-time forecast of the event’s outcome.
This market resolves around Oct 30, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final number of touchdowns scored in the Carolina vs Green Bay game will be used to determine the winning contracts. The resolution will be based on official game statistics and will be publicly available following the conclusion of the game. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings or adjust their strategies for future markets.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Injury reports for key players on either team are significant catalysts, as they directly impact the potential for scoring. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they favor either a passing or running game, could also shift the market. Unexpected news regarding team strategy or coaching decisions might also play a role. Finally, any significant public sentiment shifts, perhaps driven by expert analysis or late-breaking news, could lead to increased trading volume and price adjustments.
