The event determines whether either Cambuur or GA Eagles will secure a first-half victory by more than a 1.5 goal margin in their scheduled Eredivisie match. Two separate primary rules govern the resolution: one for Cambuur winning by more than 1.5 goals in the first half, and another for GA Eagles achieving the same margin. Both rules apply exclusively to goals scored during the first half of the match. A shared secondary rule states that if the game is canceled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, the market resolves to a fair price. Only first-half goals count toward determining the outcome.
