On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing each possible exact score, and the price of each share reflects the market’s assessment of its probability. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts, providing a dynamic and real-time estimate of the likelihood of each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movement is driven by supply and demand; if many traders believe a particular score is likely, they will buy shares, driving up the price, and vice versa. This creates a market-driven probability assessment for the Cambridge United vs. Blackpool match.
