In the upcoming Serie B game between Calcio Padova and Virtus Entella, scheduled for October 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Calcio Padova vs. Virtus Entella match originally scheduled for October 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, but may also incorporate a margin for profit. This market, however, is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. If a significant number of traders believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will adjust accordingly, potentially offering value to informed bettors. It’s important to compare both to identify potential discrepancies.
This market resolves around Oct 17, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Calcio Padova vs. Virtus Entella match, as reported by a recognized sports data provider, will determine the winning outcome. The shares will then be settled based on whether the predicted exact score matches the actual result. It’s important to note that the resolution depends on the official match data, not on any pre-match predictions or analyses.
Several factors could influence the odds in this market before it resolves. Any news regarding team injuries, suspensions, or changes in coaching staff for either Calcio Padova or Virtus Entella could significantly shift trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-match tactical announcements, could also play a role. Furthermore, shifts in public opinion, reflected in betting patterns on Polymarket, will directly impact the prices of the different exact score outcomes. Monitoring these signals can provide insights into potential market movements.
