In the upcoming match between Cagliari Calcio and Frosinone Calcio, scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET: This market will resolve to "Cagliari Calcio" if Cagliari Calcio are the first to score in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time). This market will resolve to "Frosinone Calcio" if Frosinone Calcio are the first to score in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time). If neither team scores in the first half (first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time), this market will resolve to "Neither". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve to "Neither". This market refers only to goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time. Second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from Serie A (https://www.legaseriea.it/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven by traders directly expressing their beliefs about the likelihood of each outcome. If a significant discrepancy exists, arbitrage opportunities may arise, attracting traders who seek to profit from the difference. However, it’s important to note that sportsbook odds are readily available and widely publicized, while this market represents a more specialized view.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust to reflect the collective assessment. The market's liquidity, currently at $0, influences how efficiently prices respond to changes in sentiment and information.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the resolution will depend on which team, if any, scores first in the first half of the Cagliari Calcio versus Frosinone Calcio match. The result will be determined by official match data and verified against credible public sources. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final outcome and their shareholdings in the winning outcome.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Cagliari Calcio or Frosinone Calcio would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team formations or tactical approaches announced before the match could also shift trader sentiment. Even general news about team morale or recent performance could play a role. Unexpected weather conditions on match day might also influence trading activity, as could any significant pre-match analysis from respected football commentators.
