In the upcoming La Liga game between CA Osasuna and Real Racing Club, scheduled for October 18, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the CA Osasuna vs. Real Racing Club match originally scheduled for October 18, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, and can sometimes differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and risk management, while this market represents the aggregated beliefs of individuals willing to put their capital at risk. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply variations in how each side assesses the probability of various first-half scores. Comparing the two can offer valuable insights into public perception versus professional analysis.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact first-half scores. The price of each share reflects the market's current assessment of the probability of that score occurring. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the evolving consensus. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's depth and liquidity, indicated by the trading volume, also influence price discovery, allowing for more accurate probability assessments.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score at the end of the first half of the Osasuna vs. Racing Club match will determine the winning share(s) in this market. Any official data source providing the first-half result will be used to verify the outcome. Traders will be able to claim their winnings once the result is officially confirmed and reported.
Several factors could influence the price action in this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Osasuna or Racing Club would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they favor one team's playing style, could also impact trading activity. Additionally, any pre-match analysis from reputable sources that strongly favors one outcome could sway trader sentiment and move the odds. Unexpected lineup announcements close to kickoff could also trigger volatility in this market.
