If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows participants to freely express their beliefs about the probability of each exact score. If a significant number of traders believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will shift accordingly. This can create opportunities for informed traders to find value discrepancies between the two, though it’s important to note that sportsbooks and prediction markets each have their own strengths and weaknesses.
This market resolves around Oct 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Dortmund vs. Bremen match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the governing football authorities. The market will determine which exact score was the correct outcome of the game, based on publicly available data. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings or adjust their strategies for future events.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Dortmund or Bremen would likely cause significant shifts in the odds. Unexpected changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather conditions on match day could also impact trader sentiment. Major upsets in other relevant football matches might also indirectly affect predictions. Monitoring these signals will be crucial for anyone looking to capitalize on potential price movements before Oct 27, 2026.
