However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, often leading to more accurate probabilities than those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while this market allows for more direct price discovery. However, it’s important to note that initial sportsbook lines can sometimes influence the early movement of prices here, especially before significant volume is traded. It's common to see convergence as the event approaches and more information becomes available, but discrepancies can still occur due to differing risk assessments.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing different exact score outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as assessed by the traders themselves. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the prices adjust dynamically, creating a real-time assessment of the likelihood of each possible scoreline. The platform facilitates this price discovery process, allowing traders to express their beliefs about the match's result and profit from correctly anticipating the final score.
This market resolves around Oct 24, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official score of the BV Borussia 09 Dortmund versus Eintracht Frankfurt match will be used to determine the winning outcome. The resolution will be based on the score at the end of regulation time; any extra time or penalty shootouts will not be considered. Traders who correctly predicted the exact score will be paid out according to the final market prices at the time of resolution.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Dortmund or Frankfurt would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather conditions on match day could also shift trader sentiment. Unexpected news events, such as a major controversy involving a player, could also cause volatility. As the match approaches, increased media coverage and expert analysis may also contribute to price fluctuations as new information becomes available.
