Description

These markets track how many goals are scored in the second period of an NHL game between Buffalo and Washington. Each market corresponds to a different threshold of goals, determining whether the scoring exceeds that threshold. The outcomes depend solely on the official game result, with specific rules for postponements or cancellations.

Kalshi

The markets resolve based on the total number of goals scored by both teams in the second period of the Buffalo vs Washington NHL game scheduled for October 24, 2026. Each market has a specific threshold (0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals), and if the collective goals exceed that threshold, the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. All markets exclude overtime in the third period and follow uniform secondary rules: if the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the markets remain open and resolve based on the final result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price, ensuring equitable treatment for all participants across the different threshold markets.
