Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, which represents their profit margin. This market, being driven by the collective wisdom of traders, may offer more competitive odds, reflecting a more accurate assessment of probabilities. However, it’s important to note that both prediction markets and sportsbooks are subject to differing opinions and information, and discrepancies can occur. Comparing the two can be a useful exercise when forming your own opinion.
