Description

These markets track the total number of goals scored by both teams in the first period of an NHL game between Boston and Los Angeles. Each market corresponds to a different threshold of goals, determining whether the combined scoring exceeds that threshold. The outcomes reflect the real-time performance of the teams during the specified segment of the game.

The official rules for these markets govern outcomes based on the total goals scored by both teams in the first period of the Boston vs Los Angeles NHL game scheduled for October 17, 2026. Each market resolves to 'Yes' if the collective goals exceed the specified threshold (0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals). A key secondary rule applies uniformly across all markets: if the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the markets remain open and resolve based on the final result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price. Note that overtime goals in the third period do not affect these markets, as they exclusively consider the first period's scoring.
