Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market’s prices are driven purely by supply and demand from traders. If there’s a significant disagreement between the two, it may indicate that prediction market participants have access to information or insights not fully incorporated into sportsbook lines. It’s common to see prediction markets more accurately forecast probabilities, especially as the event approaches and more information becomes available.
