In the upcoming UEFA Nations League game between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Poland, scheduled for October 5, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Poland match originally scheduled for October 5, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to be more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, as they reflect the wisdom of the crowd and incentivize participants to provide informed predictions. However, sportsbook odds often set the initial baseline for public perception. It’s common to see this market initially mirroring sportsbook expectations, but then diverging as more information becomes available and traders refine their assessments. Discrepancies can arise due to differing levels of expertise among participants and the incentives at play in each venue. Examining these differences can be insightful for both casual observers and experienced traders.
On Predict, this market is priced using a mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing different exact scores. The price of each contract reflects the probability of that score occurring, as determined by supply and demand. As more people buy contracts for a particular score, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform dynamically adjusts these prices based on trading activity, creating a real-time assessment of the likely outcome. This continuous price discovery process is what sets prediction markets apart from static odds offered by traditional bookmakers.
This market resolves around Oct 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Poland match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the governing football association. Any potential delays in reporting the official score could slightly postpone the resolution time, but the platform will aim for a swift and accurate determination. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final, verified result.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Bosnia and Herzegovina or Poland would likely cause significant shifts in probabilities. Changes in team form leading up to the match, such as unexpected wins or losses in prior games, could also impact trader sentiment. Even weather forecasts for the match day could play a role, as adverse conditions might favor a lower-scoring game. Finally, any late-breaking news related to team tactics or starting lineups could trigger adjustments in the market’s assessment of potential outcomes.
