In the upcoming Serie A game between Bologna FC 1909 and AC Monza, scheduled for October 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the Bologna FC 1909 vs. AC Monza match originally scheduled for October 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, often providing a more accurate forecast than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while this market allows for peer-to-peer betting with potentially lower costs. However, sportsbook odds are readily available and can serve as a useful point of comparison. Discrepancies between this market and sportsbook lines can present opportunities for arbitrage, where traders attempt to profit from price differences.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact first-half scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s assessment of the probability of that score occurring. As more traders participate, the prices adjust, converging towards a consensus view. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s liquidity and volume influence how quickly prices respond to new information, so monitoring the trading activity is key to understanding price movements.
This market resolves around Oct 31, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the official result of the first half of the Bologna FC 1909 versus AC Monza match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact first-half score at the end of the first 45 minutes (plus any added time) will determine the winning share in this market. Any delays or postponements to the match may affect the resolution timeline, but the outcome will always be based on the official result.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Bologna or Monza would likely cause significant shifts in the odds. Tactical changes announced by either manager before kickoff could also impact the perceived probabilities of different scores. Even weather conditions on match day could play a role, potentially favoring a more cautious or attacking style of play. Monitoring team news and pre-match analysis will be crucial for understanding potential market movements.
