Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Frequently asked questions

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially in the lead-up to an event. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or seek to profit from public perception, while this market aggregates the views of many independent traders. However, sportsbook odds can sometimes offer value, particularly if they diverge significantly from the prediction market price. It's always wise to compare both to make informed decisions, but this market provides a unique perspective based on incentivized forecasting.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders are incentivized to set accurate prices, as they can profit from correctly predicting the event's outcome. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the price will adjust to reflect the collective intelligence of the crowd. This dynamic pricing ensures the market remains responsive to changing conditions.

This market resolves around Oct 15, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the resolution will depend on whether both Bodo/Glimt and Borussia Dortmund each score at least one goal during the match. Official match data will be used to determine if both teams found the back of the net. The result will be based on the final scoreline as recorded by official sources, and the outcome will be determined based on that information.

Several factors could influence this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Bodo/Glimt or Borussia Dortmund would likely cause movement. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments, or even weather conditions could also shift trader sentiment. Unexpected lineup announcements before the match, or even pre-game analysis suggesting a more offensive or defensive approach from either side, could all impact the odds. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived likelihood of both teams scoring will move this market.
