The event tracks how many times each team secures dragon kills during the first game of a high-stakes esports match. Dragon kills are pivotal moments that can shift momentum, and their frequency reflects strategic execution and team coordination in real-time gameplay.
All markets resolve based on officially recorded statistics from game 1 of the Worlds 2026 Bilibili Gaming vs. Dplus KIA League of Legends match scheduled for Nov 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. If the match is postponed and not completed within 48 hours, or if it is cancelled, forfeited, shortened, or replayed, the market resolves to the last fair price unless official statistics are available and not voided. Statistics from any voided or forfeited portions will not count toward resolution.
Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, which represents their profit margin. This market, driven by the collective intelligence of traders on Kalshi, aims to reflect the true probability of an event occurring. While sportsbooks may initially set odds based on expert analysis, this market continuously updates as new information and opinions emerge. It's common to see discrepancies between the two, especially as the event draws closer and more trading activity occurs.
On Kalshi, this market is priced using a continuous double auction. Traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes – in this case, the number of dragons killed in Game 1. The price of each contract reflects the market's assessment of the probability of that outcome occurring. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the collective wisdom of the crowd. This dynamic pricing mechanism means the odds are constantly evolving based on supply and demand, offering a real-time view of expectations for the match.
This market resolves around Nov 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the number of dragons killed during Game 1 of the Bilibili Gaming versus Dplus KIA match will be the determining factor. The official game statistics from the League of Legends broadcast or a reputable esports data provider will be used to verify the final dragon kill count. The market will then settle to reflect the actual number of dragons slain during that game.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or potential roster changes for either Bilibili Gaming or Dplus KIA could impact expectations. In-game performance during the early stages of the series, even in other games, might also affect trader sentiment. Unexpected drafts or early game advantages for one team could lead to increased buying or selling pressure on specific outcomes. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of the teams’ relative strengths could move this market.
