Predict
This prediction market asks for the exact final score of a UEFA Nations League match between Belarus and Finland. Resolution depends on the score at the end of regulation time (90 minutes + stoppage time), excluding extra time or penalty shootouts. Any score not explicitly listed will resolve to 'Any Other Score'.
In the upcoming UEFA Nations League game between Belarus and Finland, scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Belarus vs. Finland match originally scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds, like those found in this market, often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, incorporating a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by individuals wagering their own capital, theoretically leading to more accurate probabilities, although current volume is low at $10,519. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information access, biases, or simply the dynamics of each market. It's important to compare both to inform your decisions.
Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Prices on Polymarket and Predict can diverge for several reasons. Each platform attracts a different user base with varying expertise and risk tolerance. Polymarket may have more participants with specialized knowledge of Belarusian and Finnish hockey, while Predict might have a broader, more general audience. Furthermore, the liquidity – or volume – differs between the two, with $10,519 total volume. This can lead to price discrepancies as larger trades on one platform have a greater impact. Finally, differing platform interfaces and fee structures can also influence trading behavior.
