Markets resolve to Yes if Tarik Skubal allows the specified number of earned runs (1+, 2+, 3+, or 4+) in the game. If Skubal is scratched or not a starting pitcher, markets resolve to the fair market price. Relief appearances do not count. Settlement is based on earned runs recorded if Skubal faces at least one batter as a starter.
