Description

This prediction market asks which team will score the first goal in a soccer match between Atalanta BC and Frosinone Calcio. PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both platforms define the resolution criteria identically, focusing on the first goal scored within the standard 90-minute match duration plus stoppage time, with consistent fallback data sources and cancellation/postponement handling.Primary resolution logic: Official match statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers, with fallback to Flashscore, Sofascore, and then a consensus of credible reporting.

Core resolution logic:

  • The first goal scored during the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time determines the winner.
  • If no goal is scored within the first 90 minutes plus stoppage time, the market resolves to "Neither".
  • Postponement of the match extends the market's resolution timeframe until the match is completed.
  • Cancellation of the match with no reschedule results in a resolution to "Neither".

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Data Source Conflict: If discrepancies arise between official statistics and fallback sources (Flashscore/Sofascore), the official statistics take precedence. If official statistics are unavailable within 2 hours, the fallback sources are used in the order specified.
  • Game Cancellation: If the game is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the market will resolve to "Neither".
Timing: Resolution will occur as soon as official match statistics are available, but no later than 24 hours after the scheduled completion of the match. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours, the market will resolve 50-50 (or to 'Draw' where applicable). Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds, like those found in this market, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set odds based on their own models and risk assessment, while prediction markets are driven by user predictions and trading volume.
