Description

This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between Astralis and Sashi Esport in the Stake Pulse Beat III 2026, initially scheduled for October 14, 2026 UTC. This market will resolve to "Astralis" if Astralis win the match against Sashi Esport. This market will resolve to "Sashi Esport" if Sashi Esport win the match against Astralis. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 28, 2026, 23:59 UTC (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 14, 2026 UTC). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, or the team is renamed or rebranded, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Frequently asked questions

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and to balance action, while this market reflects the collective wisdom of traders. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, it could indicate that the market believes the sportsbook is mispricing the event. However, it's important to remember that both represent probabilities, and neither is guaranteed to be correct. Analyzing both can provide a more comprehensive view.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief about the outcome of the Astralis vs Sashi Esport match. The price of these contracts fluctuates based on supply and demand – if more people believe Astralis will win, the price to bet on them will increase. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism aims to reflect the most up-to-date collective prediction of the event’s result, driven entirely by user activity.

This market resolves around Oct 15, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Astralis vs Sashi Esport match, as reported by the governing body or official tournament organizers. Traders holding contracts on the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final market price at resolution. It’s important to monitor the event closely as the resolution date approaches.

Several factors could influence the price of this market before it resolves. News regarding player form, injuries, or strategic changes within either Astralis or Sashi Esport would likely cause significant movement. Monitoring these signals will be key to understanding potential shifts in the market’s prediction.
