In the upcoming Serie A game between AS Roma and Cagliari Calcio, scheduled for October 27, 2026 at 3:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the AS Roma vs. Cagliari Calcio match originally scheduled for October 27, 2026 at 3:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, often incorporating information and analysis that may not be fully priced into traditional sportsbook odds. This can lead to differences, with this market sometimes offering probabilities that diverge from those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while prediction markets are driven purely by participants’ beliefs about the outcome. It’s common to see this market adjust more rapidly to new information or changing circumstances than sportsbook odds.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing different exact score outcomes. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective probability assigned to that outcome by the traders. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more people buy contracts for a specific score, the price increases, indicating a higher perceived chance of that result. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to aggregate information and generate a forecast.
This market resolves around Oct 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final, official result of the AS Roma vs. Cagliari match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score determined by official sources will be used to determine the winning contracts. The resolution process relies on publicly available data to ensure an objective and transparent outcome. Traders will be able to view the resolution details on Predict once the event has concluded and the results have been verified.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either AS Roma or Cagliari Calcio would likely cause shifts in the odds. Significant tactical changes announced by either manager could also impact the perceived probabilities of different exact scores. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-match commentary from football analysts, could also move this market. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived likelihood of different outcomes has the potential to influence trading behavior.
