Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often differing from initial sportsbook offerings. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market allows anyone to trade based on their own analysis. Therefore, you might find that this market’s implied probabilities diverge from those offered by traditional sportsbooks, especially as new information emerges and more traders participate. It's common to see prediction markets more accurately reflect true probabilities as the event approaches, potentially offering an edge over sportsbook lines.

This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on which team scores the first goal in the second half of the AS Monaco vs. Lille match. Official match data and records will be used to determine the winning outcome. The platform will verify the results against reliable sources to ensure accuracy and transparency, providing a definitive result for all traders who participated in this market.

Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, suspensions, or changes in starting lineups for either AS Monaco or Lille would likely cause shifts in the odds. Unexpected weather conditions or tactical adjustments announced before the match could also play a role. Furthermore, significant events during the first half of the match, such as a red card or an early goal, could dramatically alter trader sentiment and lead to price movements in this market. Monitoring these developments is key to understanding potential shifts in probability.
