This market tracks the outcome of an upcoming professional soccer match in the AFC Champions League. It focuses on determining whether either of the two competing teams wins the game within the standard 90 minutes plus stoppage time, or if the game ends in a tie under the same conditions.
The event resolves based on the result of the Al Quwa Al Jawiya vs Pakhtakor professional AFC Champions League soccer match scheduled for October 26, 2026. If Al Quwa Al Jawiya wins within 90 minutes plus stoppage time, that specific market resolves to Yes. Similarly, if Pakhtakor wins within the same timeframe, its corresponding market resolves to Yes. Should the game conclude in a tie after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, the 'Tie' market resolves to Yes. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded from all resolutions. If the match is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, all markets will resolve to a fair price as determined by the platform rules.
Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from those set by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set initial lines based on their own analysis, aiming to balance action on both sides, while this market’s odds are driven by traders who are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook has mispriced an outcome, they can take a position in this market, driving the odds closer to what they perceive as the true probability. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before a large amount of volume is traded.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order book, where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of these contracts fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective belief of the traders. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The closer the event gets, the more the price will likely converge towards the true probability of each outcome, as new information becomes available and traders refine their predictions. Volume and open interest are key indicators of market confidence.
This market resolves around Oct 26, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Al Quwa Al Jawiya vs Pakhtakor match, as reported by a recognized sports authority. Traders holding contracts on the winning outcome will receive a payout, while those holding contracts on losing outcomes will not. The precise timing of resolution may depend on the speed at which official results are published and verified.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or even weather conditions could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected results in other matches involving these teams could also impact predictions. Furthermore, significant bets placed by informed traders could cause noticeable price movements. As the match date approaches, even minor updates or rumors may have a larger effect on the market, as traders attempt to refine their forecasts and capitalize on perceived mispricings.
