All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, but may also incorporate a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs, potentially leading to more accurate probabilities, especially as the event approaches and more information is factored in. Discrepancies between prediction markets and sportsbooks can present opportunities for arbitrage, though transaction fees should be considered.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's collective belief about the probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect new information and changing sentiment. The market's depth – the number of shares available at various price points – indicates the level of confidence in each potential result. This dynamic pricing ensures that the odds closely align with the aggregated predictions of the participants.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final result – the exact score of the AD San Carlos vs. AD Municipal Pérez Zeledón match – will be sourced from official match data and verified against trusted sports news outlets. The shares will then pay out based on whether the predicted exact score matches the actual result. It’s important to monitor the event closely as it approaches to stay informed about any factors that could influence the final outcome.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, suspensions, or changes in coaching staff could significantly shift the odds. Unexpected weather conditions on match day could also play a role, potentially impacting the style of play and final score. Additionally, pre-match analysis from sports commentators and analysts, as well as any public statements from players or coaches, could sway market sentiment. Monitoring these signals will be key to understanding potential movements in this market before Nov 8, 2026.
