In the upcoming match between ACF Fiorentina and Juventus FC, scheduled for November 8, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve to "ACF Fiorentina" if ACF Fiorentina are the first to score in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time). This market will resolve to "Juventus FC" if Juventus FC are the first to score in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time). If neither team scores in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time), this market will resolve to "Neither". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve to "Neither". This market refers only to goals scored within the second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time. First-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from Serie A (https://www.legaseriea.it/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven by traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. If a significant discrepancy exists between this market and sportsbook odds, it may indicate that traders believe the sportsbook is mispricing the probability of either ACF Fiorentina or Juventus FC scoring first in the second half. It's a useful comparison point for informed decision-making.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in whether ACF Fiorentina or Juventus FC will score first in the second half. As more shares are traded, the price of each share adjusts to reflect the collective probability assigned by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring; a higher price indicates a greater perceived chance of success. Currently, Juventus FC has a 47.0% chance of scoring first according to the market.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the market will determine which team – ACF Fiorentina or Juventus FC – scores the first goal in the second half of the match. The result will be based on official match data and verified against credible public sources. The resolution will be straightforward, identifying the team that meets this condition and determining the winning outcome for this market.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either ACF Fiorentina or Juventus FC would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team formations or tactical approaches announced before the match could also move the market. Even general sentiment and public perception, fueled by pre-game analysis and commentary, can influence trading behavior. Any unexpected developments leading up to kickoff have the potential to alter the perceived probabilities and affect the price of shares in this market.
