In the upcoming Serie A game between ACF Fiorentina and Atalanta BC, scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 3:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the ACF Fiorentina vs. Atalanta BC match originally scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 3:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, which can be influenced by factors like public bias or promotional offers. However, sportsbook odds can sometimes move more quickly in response to breaking news. It’s common to see differences between the two, especially in the early stages of trading, as prediction markets aggregate information from a wider range of sources and perspectives than a typical sportsbook. Comparing the two can offer valuable insights into the perceived probabilities of different outcomes.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous exchange where traders buy and sell contracts representing each possible exact score. The price of each contract reflects the probability that outcome will occur, as determined by supply and demand. As more people buy contracts for a particular score, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability. Conversely, if more people sell, the price decreases. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust probabilities in real-time, offering a forward-looking assessment of the match’s potential result.
This market resolves around Oct 29, 2026, once the final score of the ACF Fiorentina versus Atalanta BC match is officially confirmed. The outcome will be verified against credible public reporting of the match results. The exact score determined by official sources will be used to determine which contracts pay out, and at what rate. Traders who correctly predicted the exact score will receive a payout based on the final market price of their chosen outcome at the time of resolution. The resolution process ensures a transparent and verifiable outcome.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Fiorentina or Atalanta would likely have a significant impact. Tactical changes announced by either manager, or even weather conditions on match day, could also shift the probabilities. Unexpected lineup announcements close to kickoff are often catalysts for price movement. Additionally, general sentiment shifts based on recent team performance or expert analysis could drive trading volume and alter the perceived likelihood of different exact scores in this market.
