In the upcoming Abu Dhabi T10 cricket match between United Tigers and UAE Bulls, originally scheduled for Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 8:45 AM ET (as of creation of the first market related to the event): This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total. The outcome corresponding to United Tigers will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from United Tigers. The outcome corresponding to UAE Bulls will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from UAE Bulls. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If this market's outcome was definitively determined under its rules by the listed resolution sources before abandonment, that outcome will stand. Otherwise, the following no-result provisions apply. If the match is canceled, does not start by Tuesday, November 10, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or is abandoned with no official result by that time, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is abandoned or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw.

Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their risk and ensure profit, incorporating a 'vig' or commission. This market, however, is driven purely by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. If a significant number of traders believe a particular outcome is more likely than implied by sportsbook odds, the price will adjust accordingly, potentially offering a value opportunity for informed bettors. It's common to see discrepancies, especially when public perception differs from expert analysis.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome – in this case, which team’s batter will be the top scorer. As more shares are purchased for a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share directly translates to the implied probability of that outcome occurring, allowing traders to express their views and profit if their predictions are accurate. The current top outcome is trading at 99.0%.
This market resolves around Nov 15, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official match statistics determining which team’s batter scored the most runs during the Abu Dhabi T10 League match between United Tigers and UAE Bulls. The outcome will be determined by the official scoreboard and verified against credible public sources. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final result.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding player injuries or changes to team lineups would likely cause significant movement, as the top batter is heavily dependent on player availability and form. Weather conditions on match day could also play a role, potentially favoring certain batting styles. Unexpected announcements about pitch conditions or strategic changes could also shift trader sentiment. Finally, any shifts in public perception or expert analysis regarding the relative strengths of the teams and their batters could drive price changes in this market.
