In the upcoming Bundesliga game between 1. FSV Mainz 05 and SV Werder Bremen, scheduled for October 24, 2026 at 9:30 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the 1. FSV Mainz 05 vs. SV Werder Bremen match originally scheduled for October 24, 2026 at 9:30 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially closer to the event. Sportsbooks often incorporate biases or seek to profit from public perception, while this market aggregates independent assessments. However, sportsbook odds can sometimes move more quickly in response to breaking news, while this market reflects a more considered, longer-term view. It’s important to compare both to gain a comprehensive understanding of the potential outcomes.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different exact scores. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective belief of traders about the probability of that score occurring. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe a particular score is likely, the higher its price will rise, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing mechanism creates a real-time probability forecast for the Mainz vs. Bremen match.
This market resolves around Oct 24, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the FSV Mainz 05 versus SV Werder Bremen match, as reported by official sports sources, will determine the winning contract. The market will settle to 100% for the exact score that occurred during the game, and 0% for all other possible scores. Traders holding the winning contract will receive a payout based on the final price.
Several factors could significantly impact this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Mainz or Bremen would likely cause shifts in the odds. Tactical changes announced by either manager, or even unexpected weather conditions on match day, could also influence trader sentiment. Furthermore, significant changes in public perception, driven by expert analysis or media coverage, could also move the market. A late surge in betting activity on a particular scoreline could also create noticeable price movements.
