In the upcoming Bundesliga game between 1. FSV Mainz 05 and Bayer 04 Leverkusen, scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 9:30 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the 1. FSV Mainz 05 vs. Bayer 04 Leverkusen match originally scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 9:30 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often incorporate biases or margins for profit, while this market relies on individuals betting with their own capital. If sportsbook odds significantly differ from those seen here, it could suggest a discrepancy in perceived probabilities. However, it’s important to remember that both represent forecasts, and neither guarantees the actual result of the match.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing each possible exact score. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, influencing the implied probability of that outcome. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders willing to buy a contract, the higher its price, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing mechanism aims to reflect the collective belief of the crowd regarding the final score of the Mainz vs Leverkusen match.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official score of the FSV Mainz 05 vs. Bayer 04 Leverkusen match will determine the winning contract. The resolution will be based on the officially recorded result, ensuring a transparent and verifiable outcome for all participants in this market.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, team lineups, or changes in coaching strategy for either Mainz or Leverkusen could significantly shift the odds. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even significant events impacting player morale, could also play a role. Furthermore, major shifts in public sentiment, as reflected by expert analysis or media coverage, may also cause traders to adjust their positions and move the market.
