Description
This market will resolve to “Yes” if Ventuals (https://x.com/ventuals) officially launches a governance token by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. The token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable. Announcements alone do not qualify. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Ventuals, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

- If token is live and tradable before deadline, market resolves YES; otherwise NO
Edge cases & Clarifications:
- Announcement without live trading: If Ventuals announces a token launch but it is not yet actively tradable by the deadline, the market resolves NO
- Token deployed but not publicly tradable: If a token contract exists but is not publicly transferable or tradable by the deadline, the market resolves NO
- Launch timing ambiguity: If launch occurs near the deadline, official Ventuals sources and credible reporting consensus determine whether the token was live and tradable before 11:59 PM ET
- Multiple token launches: If Ventuals launches multiple tokens, resolution is YES if any governance token meets the criteria by the deadline
Timing:
Resolution occurs at 11:59 PM ET on each specified date (December 31 2025, March 31 2026, June 30 2026, September 30 2026, December 31 2026).
