Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
All platforms resolve based on the official match outcome (win, loss, or draw) within 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 24, 2026, with consistent treatment of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official statistics from the governing body or event organizers (Bundesliga/DFB); if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, credible reporting consensus may be used.
Core resolution logic:
The match outcome is determined by the result after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time only (no extra time or penalties).
Polymarket Draw market resolves YES if the match ends in a draw, NO otherwise; if canceled with no makeup, resolves YES.
Polymarket Dresden Win market resolves YES if Dresden wins, NO otherwise; if canceled with no makeup, resolves NO.
Polymarket Dusseldorf Win market resolves YES if Dusseldorf wins, NO otherwise; if canceled with no makeup, resolves NO.
Kalshi market resolves YES if any of the three outcomes (Dresden win, Dusseldorf win, or draw) occurs, which is logically equivalent to the match being played and completed.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no makeup game, Polymarket draw market resolves YES, while Polymarket win markets resolve NO. Kalshi market would resolve NO since no outcome occurs.
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the match is completed and a final result is determined.
Resolution Source Timing: Official governing body statistics are the primary source. If not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, credible reporting consensus becomes the resolution basis.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official announcement of the final match result within 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 24, 2026, or upon consensus reporting if official statistics are delayed beyond 2 hours post-match.
