Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
All platforms resolve based on the official match result (win/draw/loss for Celta Vigo and Freiburg, or total goals scored) within 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 16, 2026, with postponement keeping markets open and cancellation resolving according to specific market terms.
Primary resolution logic:
Official UEFA statistics and governing body records, with credible reporting consensus as secondary source if official stats unavailable within 2 hours of match conclusion.
Core resolution logic:
Polymarket Win markets (Celta Vigo and Freiburg) resolve YES if the respective team wins in 90 minutes plus stoppage time, NO otherwise.
Polymarket Draw market resolves YES if the match ends in a draw within 90 minutes plus stoppage time, NO otherwise.
Kalshi Over/Under goals markets resolve YES if total goals scored exceed the specified threshold (1.5, 2.5, 3.5, or 4.5) within 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
All markets measure only regular play plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties.
Exactly one of the three Polymarket outcome markets (Celta win, Draw, Freiburg win) will resolve YES.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the game is completed and the result is official.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, Polymarket win markets resolve NO and the draw market resolves YES. Kalshi goals markets would require clarification but logically resolve NO as no goals can be scored.
Resolution Timing: Markets resolve upon official UEFA publication of final match statistics, or within 2 hours after match conclusion via credible reporting consensus if official stats are delayed.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official UEFA announcement of the final match result within 90 minutes plus stoppage time, or upon credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within 2 hours of match conclusion.
