Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi use identical resolution logic: the market resolves based on the official match outcome (Barcelona win, Getafe win, or draw) after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 25, 2026, with the same primary resolution source (official governing body statistics or credible reporting consensus).
Primary resolution logic:
Official La Liga statistics as recognized by the governing body; if unavailable within 2 hours of match conclusion, credible reporting consensus.
Core resolution logic:
Barcelona win market resolves YES if and only if FC Barcelona wins the match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Getafe win market resolves YES if and only if Getafe CF wins the match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Draw market resolves YES if and only if the match ends in a draw after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Exactly ONE of the three markets will resolve YES; the other two resolve NO.
All three markets refer only to regular play plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed on its rescheduled date.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, the Barcelona and Getafe win markets resolve NO, while the draw market resolves YES.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official La Liga announcement of the final match result within 2 hours of match conclusion, or upon credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
