• Markets cover five possible outcomes: Colombia, Portugal, Uzbekistan, Democratic Republic of Congo (or Jamaica/New Caledonia playoff winner), or Other
• All individual team markets (e.g., 'Will Portugal win Group K') resolve Yes if that team finishes first, No otherwise
