Description
This event group covers a Best-of-3 Counter-Strike match between megoshort and Ursa in the European Pro League Series 6 Group A, scheduled for April 1, 2026 at 6:30 AM ET. Markets span match winner, individual map winners, map-level kill/round parity, series length, and map handicap outcomes.
Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Kalshi and Polymarket apply identical resolution logic: official HLTV.org as primary source, 2-hour fallback to credible consensus, 50-50 for cancellations/delays beyond 7 days/forfeits/walkovers/ties, and map-specific outcomes only if played to completion.
Primary resolution logic:
Official HLTV.org; if unavailable within 2 hours of event conclusion, consensus of credible reporting including video evidence.
Core resolution logic:
Match winner resolves to the team that wins the best-of-3 series (first to 2 maps).
Individual map winners resolve based on the team that wins that specific map, only if the map is completed.
Total maps (O/U 2.5) resolves Over if 3+ maps are played, Under if fewer than 3 maps are played.
Map-level kills (Odd/Even) resolve based on total combined kills by both teams in that map, excluding friendly fire and self-inflicted deaths.
Map-level rounds (Odd/Even) resolve based on total combined rounds won by both teams in that map, including overtime.
Map handicap (Ursa -1.5) resolves to Ursa if Ursa wins 2+ more maps than megoshort; otherwise resolves to megoshort.
All forfeit, disqualification, or walkover wins count toward series and map totals if the match is completed.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Series clinch before Map 3: If one team wins 2 maps before Map 3 is played, Map 3 does not occur. Map 3-specific markets (winner, kills, rounds) resolve 50-50. Series-level markets (match winner, total maps, handicap) resolve based on the completed 2-map series.
Forfeit, disqualification, or walkover: If either team forfeits, is disqualified, or walks over before the match begins, all markets resolve 50-50. If a team forfeits after the match has begun but before completion, the match resolves 50-50. If the clinching map is forfeited after the match has begun, the match is considered completed and resolves to the winning team.
Cancellation or delay beyond 7 days: If the match is canceled entirely or delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date (April 1, 2026) without a winner determined, all markets resolve 50-50.
Map remake: If a map is remade, resolution is based solely on the remade game data; the original map result is disregarded.
No kills recorded in a map: If a map is played but no kills are recorded (extremely unlikely in competitive CS), kill parity markets for that map resolve 50-50.
Timing:
Resolution occurs within 2 hours after the match concludes (expected April 1, 2026, shortly after 6:30 AM ET start). If HLTV.org has not published final results within 2 hours, credible consensus reporting is used. Markets remain open until official resolution is published.
