Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi use identical resolution logic: the market resolves based on the official match outcome (win, draw, or loss for the specified team) within 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 18, 2026, with the same primary resolution source (official governing body statistics).
Primary resolution logic:
Official A-League statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers (a-league.com.au); if not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, credible reporting consensus may be used.
Core resolution logic:
Auckland FC win market resolves YES if and only if Auckland FC wins within 90 minutes plus stoppage time; resolves NO otherwise.
Draw market resolves YES if and only if the match ends in a draw within 90 minutes plus stoppage time; resolves NO if either team wins.
Central Coast Mariners FC win market resolves YES if and only if Central Coast Mariners FC wins within 90 minutes plus stoppage time; resolves NO otherwise.
Exactly one of the three markets will resolve YES (mutually exclusive outcomes).
Resolution scope is strictly 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time; extra time and penalties are excluded.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the game is completed on its rescheduled date.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, the win markets (Auckland and Central Coast) resolve NO, while the draw market resolves YES.
Delayed Official Statistics: If official A-League statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution may be based on consensus of credible reporting sources.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the match result by the A-League governing body or event organizers, or within 2 hours after match conclusion via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
