This market will resolve to “Yes” if Daylight (https://x.com/daylightenergy) officially launches a governance token by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
The token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable. Announcements alone do not qualify.
The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Daylight, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both platforms apply identical resolution criteria: token must be officially launched, actively transferable, and publicly tradable by 11:59 PM ET on the cutoff date; announcements alone do not qualify.
Primary resolution logic:
Official Daylight announcements and communications (https://x.com/daylightenergy), with consensus of credible reporting as secondary source
Core resolution logic:
Token must be a governance token officially launched by Daylight
Token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable (not merely announced or in development)
Launch must occur by 11:59 PM ET on the specified cutoff date
Announcements, pre-launch statements, or non-tradable contracts do not satisfy the YES condition
Resolution occurs at the deadline specified in each market title
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Announcement vs. Launch: If Daylight announces a token launch date but the token is not yet tradable by the market deadline, the market resolves NO. The token must be live and transferable, not merely promised.
Multiple Token Launches: If Daylight launches multiple tokens, a YES resolution requires at least one to be a governance token that is actively tradable by the deadline.
Timezone Precision: All deadlines are 11:59 PM ET. Token must be tradable and transferable by this exact time on the specified date.
Exchange Listing vs. Launch: Token launch is defined by official Daylight action and public tradeability, not by listing on any specific exchange. However, the token must be actively tradable on at least one public venue.
Timing:
Resolution occurs at 11:59 PM ET on each market's specified cutoff date (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31, 2026, and December 31, 2025 for the extended market)
